Municipex is the Responsible Party in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and is committed to processing personal information lawfully, fairly, transparently and securely.

Our PAIA Manual explains how information may be requested from Municipex in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”).
